Entering the garden you walk along a path that runs alongside the house on one side and overlooks the garden on the other and ends in a large terrace with an extraordinary view of the sea and the islet.

The cobalt salt water swimming pool overlooking the sea is located a few steps from the terrace and is bordered by a high green hedge which guarantees privacy.

The swimming pool, reserved only for this house, is surrounded by a terracotta-paved area furnished with sun beds, deck chairs, tables and umbrellas.

The driveway leads through the main entrance to the residence.

The large lounge includes an area with sofa and armchairs with Smart TV to which an Apple TV is connected, another seating corner with sofa and armchairs and a comfortable dining room.

The latter is connected through a door to a large kitchen equipped with a double refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven, laundry room with washer and dryer and all the necessary amenities.

The lounge is connected to the covered patio facing the sea through a large French door.

This shaded area is cool and therefore very popular in summer: it is furnished with sofas, armchairs, tables and a table to eat on.

Another wrought iron table is located on the outside terrace under a large umbrella.

The living room leads to the master bedroom with the large bathroom with two sinks, tub, shower and separate toilet.

The room has a view of the Islet and overlooks the patio covered by another large French door.

The dining room leads to the second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

This bedroom has a large window overlooking the garden.

On the floor below the terrace there are two other double or twin bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower that overlook the private terrace with sea view.

All rooms are elegantly furnished and with attention to detail and have autonomous and independently adjustable air conditioning systems.

The whole house and garden with swimming pool are covered by WIFI.

A private space is available to park two cars.

The owners make linen available on request.

In about 5 minutes walk, you arrive at the equipped beach "Le Viste" famous for its English lawn, on the slopes of the Spanish "Rocca".
